Jess Dragisic, our very own little gypsy was drawn to Tasmania by love and adventure and we’re absolutely thrilled that her creative prowess made it to our workshop.
Jess’s journey to us began in the small surfy town of Tuross Heads in New South Wales where she grew up. This young nomad then moved to Canberra where she dabbled in hospitality before discovering her true passion in jewellery, the perfect outlet for her creative and inspired eye for design.
After years of playing with beads and trinket jewellery, Jess learnt the art of manufacturing jewellery with an apprenticeship at Diamond Boutique in Canberra. Jess finds jewellery architectural and appreciates the combination of aesthetics and careful engineering.
Art, design and imagination can be found in all areas of Jess’ life. Aside from creating beautiful handmade jewellery or completing challenging restorations, you’ll find Jess playing an eclectic playlist in our workshop, creating stunning art using resin and acrylics or looking after her fur babies (all of which are rescue dogs), Billy, Ted, Sunny and Bella.
