In-store Safety Measures
We are still open for business via phone, email, video call, or by appointment, however our store is closed to walk-ins.
New Business Hours
For the wellbeing of our staff and customers, our business hours will now be:
- Monday – Friday, 10am – 3pm
- Saturday, open by appointment for free online or in-store design consultations
We encourage all those who are practicing social isolation to contact us via an alternative channel. We can facilitate design consultations and enquiries via:
- Phone
- Video chat
- Private consultations in our design suite, where 1.5m distance can easily be maintained
For local customers, we can also courier repairs or new jewellery purchases to you directly.
